Ordering & Production

How do I place an order? Simply browse our collections, add your favorite pieces to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, our production process begins.

Is everything in stock? To ensure the highest quality and reduce waste, all VAME pieces are made-to-order.

How long does it take to make my item? Please allow at least one week (7 business days) for production before your order is shipped. Handcrafting jewelry to our engineering standards takes time, and we appreciate your patience.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Because we begin the fabrication process shortly after an order is placed, please contact us within 24 hours if you need to make changes. Once production has reached a certain stage, we may be unable to cancel the order.

Custom Commissions

Do you take custom design requests? Yes! Commissions are the heart of our work. Whether it’s a unique 3D-modeled pendant or a specific engineering-inspired piece, we would love to bring your vision to life.

How do I start a custom project? Please contact us via our contact form. To help us provide an accurate quote and timeline, include:

  • A description of your idea.

  • Reference images or rough drawings.

  • Preferred materials (Silver or Steel).

How does the process work? Once we discuss your idea, we typically move into the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) phase. We will share the digital renders with you for approval before we begin the physical casting or fabrication.

Materials & Care

What materials do you use? We use jewelry-grade .925 Sterling Silver and high-quality Stainless Steel. Each product page specifies the material used for that particular design.

How do I find my ring size? Since our rings are made-to-order, accurate sizing is crucial. We recommend:

  1. Visiting a local jeweler to have your finger professionally sized.

  2. Using a reputable online sizing tool or a physical multi-sizer. Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take? Once your item is finished (after the 1-week production lead time):

  • Standard (Canada): 5-7 business days.

  • Express: 2-3 business days.

  • International: Delivery times vary by location.

What is your return policy? Because our items are made-to-order or custom-commissioned, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective. If there is an issue with your piece, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
