VAME operates as a hybrid design and engineering studio. By combining in-house technical expertise with a specialized suite of fabrication tools and a network of manufacturing partners, we offer capabilities ranging from high-precision jewelry to industrial-grade mechanical components.

1. Engineering & Design Services

At our core, we are problem solvers. Our engineering background allows us to tackle complex design challenges that standard jewelry houses cannot.

2. Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing)

  • FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling): Rapid structural prototyping for fit-testing, jigs, and functional mechanical components.

  • Metal SLS (Selective Laser Sintering): For projects requiring industrial-strength metal parts, we offer metal 3D printing capabilities (please note: SLS metal prints involve a longer lead time for processing and sintering).

3. Fabrication & Casting

  • Large-Format CO2 Laser: High-precision cutting and engraving for a variety of materials. Ideal for specialized packaging, custom templates, or engraving industrial markings on components.

  • Resin Casting: Small-batch production using high-quality resins for prototyping or non-metal aesthetic pieces.

  • Precision Metal Casting: We utilize the "Lost Wax" method to transform digital designs into .925 Sterling Silver, gold, or bronze.

4. Plating & Finishing

We offer extensive finishing options to elevate the aesthetic and durability of our pieces:

  • Precious Metal Plating: We can plate in a wide variety of precious metals, including various karats of Gold (Yellow, Rose, White), Rhodium, and Palladium.

  • Specialized Finishing: Professional-grade polishing, sandblasting for matte textures, and specialized stone setting to finish bespoke pieces to an industry-leading standard.
